Intercom

The iDFace is capable of making audio calls through the SIP protocol. After correctly configured, the device will display a button for making calls on its main screen.

When pressing the button, the action taken will depend on the dial mode used. If Automatic is configured, a call will start instantly, directed to the address configured previously.

If From the contact list is active, pressing the button will display the contact list, allowing you to choose the contact to call. Pressing one of the names in the list will initiate the call, directed to the selected contact.

If the option for dialing from a Numeric keypad + Contacts is active, pressing the call button will take the user to the keypad screen.

On this screen, the user can choose to make a call to a specified extension number or access the contact list and make a call to one of the registered contacts.

During a call, the screen will display the call duration and the name of the contact or extension with which the call is being made. Additionally, there will be a red button available to end the call.
